The Racing for Heroes' current mission is running two 'ChumpCar' Series competition entries and two dirt circle track vehicles in select races pertaining to the schedules of each form of racing. The team will consists of service disabled veterans and is led by Special Forces Operators, CW3 Mike Evock, USA, RET. and Major Kurt Cook, USA, RET. with the support of many other veterans who are specialize in helping the Team work to its fullest potential.
Our goal is to provide an environment of Team, the same Team that our Veterans had while in the service, and the excitement and adrenaline that comes with motor sports racing. We have found success in reaching out to veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and providing them with resources to help deal with the challenges they face, because these are the challenges that many of our team members face too.
