VETERANS CAREGIVER CATEGORY
The voting ballot for the 2020 Veterans Veterans Caregiver Award is now open. Voting for this category requires an AUSV membership. Voting will close on July 31, 2019 at 11:59pm. The winner will be announced on January 18, 2020 at the 5th Annual Veterans Awards.

Family Caregivers provide crucial support in caring for Veterans. The responsibilities of the veteran's caregiver can become incredibly overwhelming—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
This award shall be given to an organization or program that has demonstrated impact in providing veterans and their caregivers with comprehensive assistance in obtaining their benefits and resources. Nomination submissions for the Veterans Caregiver category are open to the public. After nominations are closed and AUSV members vote, the nominations are then narrowed down to the top three candidates. The members of the community will vote and will then choose a winner. The winner of Veterans Caregiver category will be announced the night of the Vettys®.
